Before you reach out

A few common questions

What does a first conversation cover?

We talk through what you're hoping to do, whether buying or selling, your timing, and any questions you have about how things work in Toronto.

What should I bring to that conversation?

Just your questions and a sense of your goals and timing. Anything else, like financing or property details, we can work through together.

Am I committing to anything by reaching out?

No. There's no obligation at all. A first conversation is simply a chance to talk through what you're looking to do, ask questions about the Toronto market, and see whether working together makes sense for you.

What happens after we talk?

I'll follow up with next steps based on what you're looking to do, whether that's starting a search or preparing a home to list.

Work with me

Reach out with where you are and what you're hoping to do, and I'll follow up.
